“If you feel that you don’t fit in or belong here – you’re a lightworker. You are a spiritual being having spiritual experiences and if you choose out of fear you are not happy! Choose out of love and you will be happy.” ~ James Van Praagh

I am a big admirer of James Van Praagh and his continuing work to teach us to be more aware of our surroundings, our inner spirit, the Universe and the afterlife. After reading his books I came to an understanding of why I have always felt different, and why I had a hard time to fit in. It was such a relief to know that I wasn’t a “freak” and that I wasn’t imagining Spirit. His words provided me with answers as well as the insight of why I have experienced certain encounters, and what I can do to help others.

Spirituality has always been a big part of me since I was a child. I could hear and see spirits, just like my mother. But I had no one that really understood me or believed me. My mother believed me, but in my teens, I felt confused and tried to hide it. It wasn’t until in my early 20’s that Spirit “came” back.

In the 90’s I met a woman who was a medium and she became my best friend. She taught me cartomancy, and it was a relief to finally have someone that I could talk openly with about my experiences.

I then moved on to tarot, and I bought my first tarot deck in 1997 and dived into the world of tarot and intuition. After doing tarot readings for friends and family for years; I decided to go professional and launched my website Cosmic Moon in January 2011 and I have worked with clients all over the world.

“When you don’t like who you are, others can easily influence you. Learn to love yourself as you are right now. Your love will help you let go of negative people and experiences.” ~ James Van Praagh

In August 2011 I attended a workshop by James Van Praagh and Tony Stockwell at College of Psychic Studies in London. It was an amazing experience and I truly enjoyed it. I met some fantastic souls and I learned a lot. Despite his success, books and Ghost Whisperer, James was a very compassionate teacher, with an enormous humour and down to earth approach.

James and Tony worked really well together, and I can understand why they decided to do these workshops. I was also amazed by the rate of this full-day workshop. In all I paid £100 which is a very modest rate. It was worth every penny 🙂

“If you’re on the path you’re meant to be on, everything falls into place; the Universe is telling you that. If you are not on the right path, you will experience roadblocks all along the way, and this is also the Universe telling you to stop, look, and ask if this is where you are supposed to be.” ~ James Van Praagh

Sometimes we forget who we truly are

Sometimes we forget who we truly are

“Sometimes we forget who we truly are
We hide behind a mask
We do what other people expect us to do
We push our hopes away
We reject gifts Source have given to us
We avoid the whisper from within
Sooner or later the mask will fall off
The true soul will emerge.” ~ Cath B

I used to feel lost and confused

I used to feel lost and confused

I used to feel lost and confused. Felt like I didn’t belong. I wanted to move abroad but didn’t know how. I wanted to do so much with my life, but never realised that I was supposed to live and embrace life in the now.

What changed? After a lifesaving colostomy operation (due to a twisted colon and endometriosis) and losing my mother the same day; my whole life transformed. The person I thought I was disappeared, and I had to rediscover and rebuild my life again. Which was not easy, however, I know that the operations that I had, the long and painful recovery were all part of the journey to where I am today. After all, whatever doesn’t kill you makes you stronger. During my recovery I began to listen and trust my inner guidance, the source and my soul.

I became aware that it was time for a new beginning and taking a leap of faith; I relocated to the UK in August 2010. I wasn’t afraid to take a risk, and I trusted that my intuition was correct.

Surviving illness and experiencing grief has made me even more compassionate and receptive to the suffering and troubles of others. I feel that the more we love, explore, learn and trust; the closer we get to our authentic self and the source.

I found my purpose and now I am filled with JOY, I feel inspired and I know that my life has a meaning. I help others to do the same and move forward. I know that you have everything within you; all the courage and the strength and it is never too late to start over and rebuild your life.

Lots of love and courage, Cath B 💖

You can achieve anything you desire

You can achieve anything you desire

A little reminder this Sunday morning – “You can achieve anything you desire.”  If you want to move forward with your life – you can. If you feel that it’s time to let go – it could be a job, a relationship or your town/country – you can. But do research and take small steps.

When I decided to move abroad I had to come up with a plan, do a lot of research, contact people, declutter my flat, leave my notice to my landlord in Copenhagen, and save money to be able to achieve it.

Changing your life takes a lot of courage and determination; but I thought that if I don’t do it now (this was in 2010) it will never happen, however; I just had a feeling that it was the right time – and I believed it would work out. My intuition wouldn’t keep quiet  and new doors will always open when you take action.

With love,

Cath B
