Are You An Entrepreneur? Posted on 2020-11-272021-03-28 By Cath B You may have felt like an outsider while growing up; an introvert with a creative mind, a desire to seek answers and gain knowledge. Perhaps you left school early, or you have quit numerous regular jobs, considering you cannot thrive in an environment with a boss telling what to do. You prefer to do things your own way. Other signs of an entrepreneur are: YOU ARE A NATURAL LEADER You are a great listener, and you have the ability to inspire, motivate and influence those around you. Many seek you out for your advice and input. YOU ARE A RISK TAKER You are not afraid to take risks and you embrace change. You are fully aware that without change, there are no possibilities to evolve or identify new opportunities. YOU HAVE MANY IDEAS You fill your notebooks with ideas, inspiration, solutions, business names, and how you can help others. You sometimes wake up in the middle of the night with answers to a problem you tried to solve during the day. YOU ARE CONFIDENT You believe in yourself even if the naysayers try to put you or your ideas down. You can confront your fears and take action. YOU WANT FINANCIAL CONTROL You are feeling undervalued for your hard work as an employee, and you want to be in control of your earnings and earn your worth. YOU DON’T ENJOY WORKING 9-5 As the creative, brilliant mind that you are; you find it challenging to stick to a 9-5 job. You quickly get bored, you feel stuck, and you find it challenging to stick to the same routine every day. To ask for permission when you can get a day off, go to the toilet, have your lunch or coffee break is not suitable for a self-starting personality. So, are you an entrepreneur?
