Look After Your Body Posted on 2021-07-192022-01-01 By Cath B Recently, I have understood how important it is to look after our bodies. Due to my own health, I have taken steps to look after mine. I have recently been diagnosed with Osteoarthritis and high cholesterol, so changes have been necessary to improve my health. Less sugar and saturated fat. More fruit and vegetables. I have noticed that my new diet has improved my menopause, and the side effects from my endometriosis treatment. We need our body, and we need to love it and treat it with respect. So, it’s essential to pause and slow down when you need it and say no to people and obligations you do not enjoy. 💖 Look after your body. Rest when she’s tired. Listen closely to her whispers. Don’t overdo it. Give her healthy food. Drink plenty of water. Don’t compare her to others.
